Jonathan Montgomery

B.S. Physics, Morehouse College

Certified Residential Appraiser in Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia

FHA Certified Appraiser

Mr. Montgomery is the founder and President of The Real Estate Appraisal Group.

He is a certified residential appraiser and has been providing valuation services since 2006. With his educational background in physics, he embraces the mathematical analysis that is involved in the appraisal process, especially with the valuation of complex and unique properties.

He has been involved in providing a full spectrum of valuation services. This would include residential appraisals, local and national appraisal reviews, and consulting on pre-construction projects. He has worked for several national and local banks providing appraisals for Foreclosure and disposition purposes. He also performs many of the technical components of the firm’s valuation projects, conducts interviews, reviews other appraiser’s work and ensures full compliance with the latest guidelines.
